Balance Gym offers fitness classes at all four of our Washington DC locations. With more than 30 different exercise classes happening on the hour, every hour, you’ll find our schedules to be convenient, our instructors to be highly motivating, and the results to be exactly what you are looking for. Balance Lagree
Also known as “Pilates on steroids,” Balance Burn uses the M3S Megaformer to provide the most innovative & aggressive approach to full-body conditioning.

Align & Flow Yoga
Each class includes a focus on optimal alignment, to maximize energy flow and empower you to experience greater stability, freedom, and ease in each pose.


Aquatics
An invigorating low-impact, aquatic workout that incorporates resistance and interval training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, and getting wet!



Balance Barre
The Balance Barre technique concentrates on developing core strength, lifting the seat muscles, creating postural alignment, and toning the whole body without creating bulk.


Balance Blast
This intense, 30-minute express, class, is designed to isolate and blast your abs and glutes with a series of intervals. Be ready to work and feel the burn!



Balance Body
Improve your fitness level and physique in this high-intensity class. We incorporate a combination of barbell and body-weight movements.



Balance Boom
Seniors will enjoy this low impact, circuit-style, class. Improve your full-body balance and stability utilizing body-weight and handheld weights.


Balance Bootcamp
Our Boot Camp class is going to get your heart rate up! If you are looking to improve your overall stamina, endurance, and body composition, you are in the right place.


Balance Core
A great low-impact, class, focused on functional movements that isolate your core. You’ll be performing controlled reps using body weight, bands, sliders, and dumbbells




Balance Endurance Ride
Get in 60 minutes of strict RPM targets throughout your ride. Look forward to becoming a better endurance athlete and improving your cycling fitness level.


Balance Fit
Expect maximal muscular and cardiovascular endurance by performing long work intervals at multiple strength stations in this hard-work, circuit-style, class.




Balance Ride
An indoor-cycling class that’s a fun, athletic workout. You’ll burn a ton of calories, get lean, increase lower-body strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance.




Balance Rhythm Ride
Like a dance party on a bike. Balance Rhythm Ride is 45 minutes of seated and standing sprints, climbs, tap backs and jumps that will have you motivated to the music.



Ballet Barre
A circuit-based fusion class utilizing TRX suspension straps and kettlebells, alternating between different functional exercises.


BodyPump™
This is a one of a kind, Less Mills designed class, that is going to give you a full, total-body workout!


Boxing
An hour long class devoted to mastering the art of Boxing. Students will learn fundamentals, the correct way to deliver a punch, balance, and proper foot work.









Fire Vinyasa Yoga
Expect smooth, flowing, movements between poses, all guided by the force of inhales and exhales. You may find many variations to Sun Salutations as well.






Mat Pilates
An exercise technique developed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on strengthening the core. Exercises are performed in a fluid and rhythmic fashion.

Pole Dancing: Intermediate
This pole class will be focusing on technique and advanced conditioning. Work on your progress to stay off the ground and on the pole through various skills.






POP - Pilates
A fusion class of Pilates and barre, which will turn out to be a “dance on the mat”. Be ready for great music and body-weight work!






Power Pilates
A mat Pilates class that incorporates strength and resistance training focused on core musculature and increased flexibility.
