This gym is super inclusive in the front desk staff is absolutely. myself and co-worker had the pleasure of going on a tour with Noel who showed us everything that we need to know about the gym. the... equipment is maintained well it looks like and they have every piece of equipment that I could hope for. upon our first time visiting and working out my co-worker and myself really love this place and look forward to many more workouts there.read more

My colleague and I started taking body pump classes every Thursday with Julie, and really have gotten into it. I’ve taken a body pump class in the past at another gym and did not have a good... experience, so going into this class at first was intimidating. Julie helped me one day after class finesse my form and I am grateful for that. Will continue to keep going, and adding Tuesday classes to my weekly schedule as well. Fun and motivating class overall!read more
