What's a Right Start?
A Right Start is a short, introductory training program that is composed of:
- several 30–40-minute personal training sessions,
- a mobility assessment,
- a Fit 3D® body scan (at select locations), and
- an optional nutrition consultation.
In your selected Right Start you’ll learn which exercises and nutritional regimen are best for your fitness goals. A Right Start gives both you and your personal trainer the tools and data necessary to build out a training program optimized just for you. Getting ready for a vacation or just looking to improve your health? What ever your motivation might be we recognize that change is tough, our trainers are here to help. And because your diet is just as important as the work you do in the gym the Body Transformation Right Start comes with nutritional consultation.

Don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym? Find some workouts a little slow and boring? The HIIT Right Start is the best program for you. You will be in and out in 30 minutes and you will get an amazing workout. Come ready to work hard!

Hybrid Program
3-Week Personalized Training, virtual and in-person.
Need a program that helps you stay consistent and accountable? The Hybrid Right Start includes 1 training session to get you started and 3 weeks of personalized programming to help you work towards your goals. At the end of the 3 weeks you will have a chance to meet again with your trainer to discuss what worked and you can continue to progress and work towards your goals. This plan also includes a Fit3D body scan to help you get a base line at the start and second one to assess your progress.
