Crossfit Drop-In PassRequest
At CrossFit Balance, we welcome visiting CrossFit athletes! Because our workouts are highly technical, carefully programmed, and high-intensity, drop-ins are recommended for experienced CrossFit athletes only. If you’re new to CrossFit or have limited experience, we encourage you to explore our general gym classes for a safe and enjoyable workout.

Who Can Drop In?
Visiting CrossFitters with at least 3 months of CrossFit experience are welcome to register. If you are not a regular CrossFitter, please check out our boot camps and other group classes at Balance Gym.
Can I Do My Own Workout?
We have open gym in our CrossFit box in between classes. See class schedule. Additionally, all three Balance Gym locations offer free weight, pull-ups rigs and other functional movement areas to do your own WOD.
