Balance Body
BUILD STRENGTH. BURN FAT. FAST. Balance Body is a high-intensity class designed to aid in the development of overall fitness level and a well-rounded physique. Participants will utilize barbell complexes for strength gains interspersed with body weight intervals. Be prepared to sweat and get strong!
Balance Blast
The 30 minute express class is designed to blast your abs and glutes with a series of intervals. Be ready to work and feel the burn.
Balance Core
Low impact, core focused, and functional movement class all rolled into one! Isolation work with slower controlled reps or pulses using body weight bands, sliders, and dumbbells.
Boxing (non-contact)
A full-body workout blending cardio, strength, and skill, typically starting with warm-ups (mobility, calisthenics, shadowboxing) and moving into intense rounds on heavy bags for combos, speed, and power, followed by core/strength training, catering to all levels from beginners learning basic stances to advanced athletes refining technique in a high-energy, empowering environment.
Balance Boom
This is a low impact, circuit-style class designed for seniors. The main focus is to improve balance, and stability throughout the entire body using bodyweight, and handheld weights.
Balance Bootcamp
Our Boot Camp class is going to get your heart rate up! If you are looking to improve your overall stamina, endurance, and body composition, you are in the right place.
Balance strength
LARGE & HEAVY WEIGHT. A strongman/woman class that takes place on the Balance Gym Thomas Circle rooftop during the nicer months. This class will teach you to move large objects and be more useful, all while getting some sun and fresh air.
WOD
Unlike traditional CrossFit gyms, Balance Gym provides full access to premium health club amenities. Train hard, recover harder.
Slow Flow Yoga
Yoga is one of the world’s most popular types of exercise, and is unique in its ability to bring benefits to all regardless of age or ailment.
HYROX Engine
This class will increase your endurance capacity. Expect to see running (both treadmills and outside), ergs and body weight movement in different ways like intervals, teamwork or long steady pace. Great for all levels of athletes that are looking to get sweaty.
HYROX Power
45 minute of both strength and cardio endurance. Expect to use DBs, your body weight, ergs and other functional movements/equipment in a wide range of ways. The class includes a warm-up, strength and cardio and is great for all levels of athletes regardless of fitness goal.
Balance Kickboxing
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing, and martial arts providing a total body workout.
Yoga
Classes begin with a theme to inspire practice, centering, and tuning into the breath. Each class includes a focus on optimal alignment, to maximize energy flow and empower you to experience greater stability, freedom, and ease in each pose.
Rhythm Ride
An indoor-cycling class that’s a fun, athletic workout. You’ll burn a ton of calories, get lean, increase lower-body strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Our cycling program includes endurance intervals, hills, strength and speed play. You will have a great ride no matter which class you step into! (45, 60 minute versions offered).
Balance Fit
A circuit-style class involving multiple strength stations to get maximal muscular and cardiovascular endurance by using long work intervals. Put your head down and put in work!
HYROX Strong
HYROX Strong is a specialized training approach focusing on building the, functional strength, and power required to excel in HYROX races, which combine 8km of running with 8 different workout stations.
