I have been going to Foggy Bottom CrossFit classes for 6 months and I love the gym. Coach Karolin runs the strength training program. She makes everyone feel great and gives the proper scale to help you get better at whatever movement you want to work on.... The coaches have additional classes throughout the week. Including 2 Olympic lifting classes, run club every Sunday, and 1 gymnastics class every week. Coach Brandon holds a lot of these and he is just a wonderful person and coach. This is in addition to the classes offered every day from early morning to night. To top it all off, the CrossFit gym is inside of a regular gym so you can train outside of the CrossFit offerings. Big shout out to Coach Eric that has been personal training me for a few months now and I see great improvements!read more

This gym is great. I like to go early before classes (with loud music) start. Many, many machines and lots of equipment for strength work. I'm new to gyms, so personal training with Josh has been vital to me. He pushes always a little harder than I think... I can manage but then I do (the thing, whatever it is). I have made more progress with strength than I would have ever imagined in this amount of time. He seems to track exactly where I am and make sure he's showing me the new point of failure in every session. Thanks to all the friendly and encouraging staff!read more
