Join Jess Falborn in a 4-week lower-body training program.

You’ll have access to two virtual small-group training sessions per week that will include form review, feedback, and workouts focused on squat and deadlift variations, both to strengthen AND shape your lower body! The program will kick off on JUNE 1 and will cost $25 per session, or $160 if you pay for the full program at once.
