Open Gym Launching at Balance Gym Thomas Circle

Want to get all the benefits of a personal training program at Balance Gym, but at a more affordable rate? Our new, semi-private Open Gym program combines all the great parts of personal training – including individualized programming and personal attention – with the affordability of group fitness classes. If you’ve ever wandered into the gym with a program from the Internet, and spent the next hour hoping you’re actually doing everything right, this could be a great solution for you!
How it works:
  • Sessions will take place from 5:15 – 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the second floor at Thomas Circle. You can arrive at any time during the session, depending on the length of your workout.
  • All participants must following a training program. You can bring your own, or let us help you create one to fit your personal goals.
  • Our Personal Training Director, Ben Wiedemer, will be there to assist with form, provide modifications, and monitor progress. This is a great way to get more comfortable with different movements and modifications to meet your individual needs.
  • The rate is $25/session, and the minimum purchase is 5 sessions.
