Why Hybrid Training?
Hybrid Training is the ultimate, on-the-go solution for Personal Training, and is an exclusive program offered by Balance Gym. All you need is an internet connection, and a smart phone, computer or a tablet to connect with a personal trainer and get their customized workouts made just for YOU. No other equipment is needed—your personal trainer will instruct you on what to use based on what’s available to you right where you are—whether you are at home or in some other space.
How Does It Work?
Download the Teambuildr App, and from there we will guide you through your workouts and keep track of your progress with you. There are workouts you can view at a glance, such as a list of different exercises your personal trainer will recommend for you. Depending on your level of commitment, you can schedule virtual time with your trainer once per month, or up to four times per month via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or with any video conferencing app of your choice.
How Do I Start?
Your first Hybrid Training consultation with us is absolutely free, so you can get started right now! Just fill out the form below. Check out our pricing guide below to see which level you want to commit to. If you’re a do-it-yourself-er, you might want to try our Basic package. If you’ve had personal training before, and you want to pick up where you left off, you should try our Premium level with one virtual session per month. Elite is recommended for all fitness levels and it offers the highest level of support from your personal trainer in our Hybrid Training program with four virtual sessions per month.
