After suffering a knee dislocation in 2015, I found myself in a difficult mental and physical state. It wasn’t until I underwent Physical Therapy that I regained hope and strength, which inspired me to help others find their way to recovery, too. This experience shaped my passion for holistic wellness, both physical and mental. I strongly believe that “Strengthen the mind, and the body will follow.”
This mantra drives both my personal journey and my approach with clients, as I recognize that mental resilience is key to physical transformation. Movement, I’ve learned, is the best medicine for the body and soul.
In addition to being a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and Thai Bodywork practitioner, my diverse athletic background includes baseball, track, soccer, gymnastics, two years of Kung Fu, two years of Muay Thai, and boxing, which I’m currently pursuing. I also practice yoga daily, believing that flexibility and mindfulness are crucial to maintaining balance in life.
With studies in Philosophy, Psychology, and Biology, I have a deep interest in understanding how the mind, body, and spirit connect, allowing me to guide my clients on a more holistic path to health and well-being.
