Hey I’m Kat! I’m a personal trainer at Balance.
I’ve been a strength and mobility trainer since Sept 2019. I decided to pursue fitness full time because I love seeing people find awareness and confidence in mind, body, and movement.
How I Train You
My main goal is to get my clients moving functionally first – aka balance, alignment, mobility. Once I see them moving well, then I feel confident adding layers of complexity to the movements.
More About Me
I also teach yoga, barre, Lagree, and am an aerial silks performer and coach. I’m a movement nerd. I played sports growing up but also was a dancer from the age of 4-18. Is circus a sport – because I coach that haha XD
When I’m not in the Gym…
I love exploring the outdoors and appreciating the complexities of nature – plant, animal, mineral, and everything in between.
Other Fun Facts…
I have a Masters Degree in Forensic Science.
I am a licensed skydiver with over 150 jumps.
I have a dog, Babe, who is almost as outgoing and energetic as I am!
I lived in Hawaii for 9 years.
I am a new mom to son Frankie as of April 2022.
