Katie’s Training Background
Katie has been a yoga teacher for over 10 years and working personally with clients for 5. She started weightlifting as a way to supplement her yoga, and she believes that a great program incorporates both strength and mobility work. After studying Yoga Tune Up, FRC, and Animal Flow, you can expect to see lots of different types of movements in her classes and personal training sessions.

Katie has been a member of Capitol Hill Balance Gym for 3.5 years, and lives in the neighborhood with her husband and cat. When not hanging from a pull up bar or doing Kettle Bell swings, you can find her knitting while listening to comedy podcasts.
