Michael Threadgill draws upon his 16+ years of experience designing training programs for his clients. What motivated Michael to become a trainer is rooted in his love of football since he started strength training as a teen.
Michael’s approach to training is centered around living a healthy lifestyle. Since he lives by his words, he’ll make sure you understand the why’s of your recommended training regimen.
He is certified in ACSM, TRX, and will use movements from CrossFit, Weightlifting, Kettlebell as components of his training program.
Michael has played plenty of sports, including football, baseball, and wrestling. He also practiced martial arts while in college studying Kinesiology and Public Health.
