My journey to becoming a personal trainer
As someone who has been passionate about personal training and fitness since a young age, I have always pushed myself to learn more and become stronger. Now, as a personal trainer, I get to use my passion to help clients discover their own potential through fitness.
My diverse sports background
My diverse background in sports, including high school football, track & field, speed skating, amateur boxing, and Muay Thai, has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience that I love to share with others. As a personal trainer, I can help individuals develop a personalized fitness plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Everyone is capable of doing more
At any age, anyone is capable of achieving more in their fitness journey. With proper techniques and effort, I believe that everyone can reach their fitness goals. As a personal trainer, I help clients of all ages, from 21 to 85 years old, to achieve their fitness goals, and I coach them on how to push themselves to the next level.
My hobbies outside of training
In addition to my love for personal training and fitness, I also have hobbies that keep me active and engaged, such as Jamaican style cooking, the electric guitar, and arm wrestling. My dedication to personal fitness is not just a job, it’s a lifestyle.
As a certified personal trainer with a NASM-CPT certification, TRX Suspension Training Certification, Annette Lang’s Training the Pregnant & Postpartum Client Specialty Cert, Annette Lang’s Integrated Stretching Specialty Certification, NESTA Muay Thai Fitness certification, and AED/CPR certification, I am well-equipped to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
