Fitness has always been my anchor—a source of strength, confidence, and empowerment. I became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2021, just before earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others experience the same life-changing benefits of fitness that shaped my journey.
With four years of coaching experience, I specialize in helping clients build strength, develop sustainable habits, and improve overall performance. My approach combines progressive strength training, muscle-building techniques, and effective lifestyle coaching to ensure long-term success. Whether it’s guiding an athlete through advanced strength and conditioning, helping a busy professional incorporate fitness into their daily routine, or designing a customized program for someone looking to gain muscle, I tailor every session to meet my clients where they are and push them toward their goals. I believe that true progress extends beyond the gym, which is why I emphasize enhanced lifestyle habits, including proper sleep, nutrition, and movement, to create a well-rounded and sustainable path to success.
My background includes an internship with a former Team USA Olympic & Baltimore Ravens Physical Therapist, giving me a strong foundation in movement mechanics, injury prevention, and athletic performance training. As a former wrestler, I know firsthand how mental toughness and discipline drive results—values I instill in my clients every day.
As a proud Latino, I am fluent in Spanish and passionate about expanding access to fitness resources for low-income Latino families through my coaching brand. My mission is to help others build strength, confidence, and resilience—because fitness is more than just training, it’s a way of life.
