I am closing out my first couple weeks at your gym, Glover Park location, and just wanted to give some feedback on my experience so far. First and for most I am really impressed with your staff, I am an early gym person and the morning crew is awesome. Your morning crew is what will keep me at your gym! They greet you with smiles and if you are there a little early they let you come in to escape the harsh weather. Both those traits show your staff truly care about their members, which is hard to find at gyms. Secondly, your gym is very well up kept and clean, which goes a long way for me. I am so impressed by your gym I drag my girlfriend to Balance on the weekends instead of letting her go to hers. Hahah. I appreciate you taking the time to read my email and enjoy the rest of your day and weekend.
