Power flow is a fast paced Vinyasa class, that incorporates lots of sun salutations, standing postures, core strengthening, arm balances, and some inversions.
Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a practice that incorporates sun salutations, standing postures, core strengthening, arm balances, and inversions in a manner that flows with the breath.
Sunrise Flow Yoga
$25 —nonmembers, Free for Members
Start your day right and get moving with a vigorous Vinyasa flow that will both energize you for your day and build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. With modifications and variations for everyone, this class is suitable for all levels and includes standing and seated poses, twists, back-bends, core work, and options for arm balances and inversions. Come ready to tune into your breath, calm your mind, and play in your practice!
Power Yoga

Based on Sun Salutations A and B, this class will challenge yet encourage students to take their existing yoga practices to the next level. Incorporating warrior postures, standing and arm balances and inversions, this vigorous class builds physical endurance and stamina. Bring a towel and water, students should be prepared to sweat!
Stretch & Relax Yoga
$25 —nonmembers, Free for Members
Stretch & Relax is for all levels of yoga practitioners focusing on basics of yoga, breath work and movement to help you build strength, confidence and grace in your body and mind. Offered at a more gentle pace to bring balance to the hectic pace of DC, this soothing class explores asana (poses) including standing, seated, twists, gentle back bends, and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Poses and sequences are practiced with alignment in mind offering practitioners the opportunity to gain confidence, strength, flexibility but also incorporates relaxation techniques – great for stress relief and overall relaxation.
