​Looking for a full body workout to build lean muscle, for greater flexibility and a strong core? Come experience a 60 minute full body workout with Ballet Barre. The experience is designed with the fluidity of dance movements and ballet techniques to burn calories, sculpt muscle, strengthen core while improving balance, muscle tone, flexibility and also reap the long-term postural benefits.
This class utilizes more than just the ballet barre, it incorporates floor work of core strengthening exercises. Dance experience is not necessary. Come experience Ballet Barre for yourself.
