1. About Me:

Hello there! I’m Anthony, a dedicated fitness enthusiast and personal trainer with over 5 years of experience in helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. My journey in the world of fitness began as a quest for self-improvement, and I’ve come a long way since those early days of uncertainty. I’m here to share my story and expertise with you.

2. My Fitness Journey:

My fitness journey started with a desire to improve myself, but I had no idea where to begin. It was in 2015 when I stumbled upon CrossFit Balance in Georgetown that everything changed. At CrossFit Balance, I not only discovered my passion for fitness but also gained invaluable knowledge about lifting and the human body. Through regular exercise and a balanced diet, I witnessed remarkable changes in my physical strength and mental toughness. This transformation inspired me to pay it forward and help others achieve their fitness goals. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing the positive impact of fitness on countless lives.

3. My Training Philosophy:

My approach to personal training is all about creating customized fitness programs that align perfectly with your unique goals and needs. I’m here to provide unwavering support, guidance, and education to help you reach your fitness objectives and develop a lifelong commitment to wellness. Safety, motivation, and adaptability are the cornerstones of my training philosophy, ensuring that you experience sustainable progress and lasting results.

4. Diverse Training Experience:

With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve explored various training methods and honed my expertise. I’ve had the privilege of serving as a head coach at Orangetheory for more than five years, where I gained extensive knowledge in high-intensity training. Additionally, I’ve also held the role of head coach at Solidcore while teaching rhythmic spin classes. I believe in continuously expanding my skill set to connect with a wide range of clients and provide them with the best fitness experience possible.

5. Athletic Background:

In my personal athletic journey, I’ve dabbled in a variety of sports, including track, tennis, and powerlifting. My diverse experiences have enriched my understanding of fitness and its impact on overall well-being.

6. Education and Interests:

I pursued my academic interests at the University of North Texas, majoring in Kinesiology with a focus on Fitness Leadership. Outside the gym, I’m a fan of sprinting, enjoy listening to Bad Bunny, have a soft spot for trashy reality TV, and I’m proud to be trilingual.
