New Trainer on the Block
Meet Eric Melton, who by far is our most enthusiastic and exciting sports performance and conditioning trainer at Balance! Eric got into personal training because of his passion for exercise science and has a deep desire to help change people’s lives through fitness.
His objective is for athletes to build a strong foundation in weightlifting so they can dominate on the field and also his style of training (sports performance) can help clients build muscle in a safe and effective way.
Eric Sport Experience
Eric played played football and baseball from a kid to college and was the captain of both for 3 years of high school.
Eric enjoys (the art of) tornado chasing!
