Lissa Piercy is the BalanceBurn Program Coordinator and a Fitness Consultant at Balance Gym Glover Park. She joined Balance as a member in 2017 and quickly fell in love with Glover Park’s community-driven approach to fitness.
As an instructor, Lissa builds routines that will challenge the most experienced members of the class, while also giving newer members a sense of accomplishment after the 45 minutes are over. She reviews the basics of the Lagree method as she teaches (tempo is key!!), and is always happy to check-in with students post class when she is not running off to host an open mic.
