Experience: I have proudly served as a trainer since 2015, driven by my passion for promoting overall health and well-being.
Why Fitness? My journey in the fitness industry was sparked by a deep concern for others’ health. Recognizing the crucial role of exercise in our lives, I am committed to helping individuals achieve movement and activity that nourishes the body.
Training Approach: I believe in a dynamic approach to training—asking questions, keen observation, adaptation, and constant motivation are at the core of my methodology to empower both athletes and clients.
Unique Background: Hailing from Brazil, I began my fitness journey at the age of 11, evolving into a successful track and field athlete. My extensive experience and athletic background offer unique perspectives, enabling diverse adaptations and goals.
Sports Background: Growing up, I engaged in various sports, including soccer, Capoeira, volleyball, basketball, and swimming. Track and field, however, became my true love and led to my becoming one of the best athletes at both national and regional college levels.
Education and Certifications: Graduating in 2018 with a degree in Recreation Sports Tourism Management, I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer and AED. My focus lies in weight loss, addressing a prevalent concern within the population. I am committed to imparting proper learning and techniques for exercises, believing that everyone deserves the correct form of motion and movements.
