Accurate Body Measurements:

Measurement Usefulness
Body fat percentage This is the percentage of your body weight that is made up of fat. A high body fat percentage can increase your risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
Muscle mass This is the amount of muscle tissue in your body. Muscle tissue helps to burn calories, so having more muscle mass can help you to lose weight and keep it off.
Bone density This is the amount of bone mineral density in your body. Bone density decreases with age, so it is important to get regular bone density scans to check for osteoporosis.
Total body water This is the amount of water in your body. Water is essential for many bodily functions, so it is important to stay hydrated.
Lean body mass This is the amount of body weight that is not made up of fat. Lean body mass includes muscle, bone, and organs.
Visceral fat This is the fat that is stored around your organs. Visceral fat is linked to an increased risk of chronic diseases.
Subcutaneous fat This is the fat that is stored under your skin. Subcutaneous fat is not as harmful as visceral fat, but it can still contribute to weight gain.
Posture Analysis Posture analysis is the process of evaluating the alignment of the body’s joints and muscles. It can be used to identify areas where the body is out of alignment, which can lead to pain, injury, and decreased performance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What should I wear during my scan?

Ok, let’s get a little personal…For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to wear form-fitting clothing or minimal layers during the body scan. This allows the Fit 3D scanner to capture precise body measurements and provide more accurate results.

What if I don’t want anyone to see me taking my scan?

Our personal trainers conduct scans in a private room. If you feel comfortable and confident with the instructions, you can request the trainer to step out during the scan. Your comfort is important to us.

Are My Results Private?

Absolutely. Only customers have access to their scan data. Customers can easily access their results from a Fit 3D scan through a convenient and user-friendly platform. After the scan is completed, the results are processed and made available to you through:

  1. Online Portal: Customers receive login credentials to access their personalized online portal, where only they can securely view and track their scan results.
  2. Email or Digital Reports: Customers may receive their results via email or digital reports, providing a comprehensive overview of their body measurements, body composition analysis, and other relevant insights.

Although the results are typically presented in an easy-to-understand format, including visual representations such as 3D body images, charts, and graphs, it is highly recommended to review this data with a fitness professional first.

How Do I Share My Results with My Personal Trainer?

Sharing Fit 3D results with someone else is simple and straightforward. Here are a few ways you can share your Fit 3D results:

  1. Online Sharing: Most Fit 3D platforms offer options to share your results online directly from within your Fit 3D online account. You can generate a shareable link or URL that you can send to others via email, messaging apps, or social media. This allows others to view your results directly through a web browser.
  2. Digital Reports: If you have received your results in the form of digital reports (such as a PDF), you can easily share them by forwarding the email or attaching the reports to a message. This way, you can provide the recipient with the comprehensive details of your Fit 3D scan.

Before sharing your Fit 3D results, ensure that you have considered any privacy settings or permissions related to your data. Always respect your privacy preferences and ensure you have the necessary consent when sharing personal information with others.

It Seems Like One Scan is Not Enough, Do I Need Additional Scans to Track My Fitness Progress?

That’s right. Your first scan will determine your body’s initial state before you start training with us, or on your own. Subsequent scans will indeed reveal your body’s changes as you progress along your fitness journey. Although your first scan is free, you may be charged for subsequent scans depending on the training program you are enrolled in. Our retail cost for scans are only $99.

I’ve only just started going here and not for a gym membership. I do tango classes there with tango Mercurio but it’s a nice gym and the front desk. Staff are always really nice.

The gym staff was kind and friendly. It has all amenities I require as a powerlifter. Besides the gym is well equipped with lots of dumbells, machines, cardio,...I can recommend it 100% and will drop in again when I return to Washington.
