Pole Dance Workout in Washington DC at Thomas Circle Location
This beginner pole class develops strength, coordination and flexibility through fundamental dance movements, spins, floor work, climbs, stretching and strength training on the pole. Shorts and a close-fitting top are recommended; refrain from wearing lotion 24 hours in advance if possible. No prior pole experience needed. All genders welcome.
