  • Introduction to free weights and bands
  • Discuss alignment, pace, breath, and heart rate
  • How to rest between rounds
  • Abdominal and core movements
  • Discuss the importance of warm ups and cooldowns
  • Discuss why free weights are better for functional movements than cable machines
