A casual workout class that covers some of the basic exercises you should learn when you’re in the gym. We will cover the following:
- Basic mobility assessment
- Warm up
- Introduction to free weights and bands
- Discuss alignment, pace, breath, and heart rate
- How to rest between rounds
- Abdominal and core movements
- Discuss the importance of warm ups and cooldowns
- Discuss why free weights are better for functional movements than cable machines
