LIFT HEAVY, GET STRONG

This is a one hour class that focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination of these lifts. The class will also include other supplemental accessory work relevant to the focus of each day. This class is geared towards novice and experienced lifters and free for CrossFit members, $25 for non-CrossFit members. For additional information email karolin@balancegym.com
